of APRS, the
Automatic Position Reporting
System, used by amateur radio operators.

weather balloon with a payload that includes beacons on
10-meters, 2-meters and 70-centimeters, a $20 digital camera
purchased from Wal-Mart, and of course an APRS beacon.
